WARRANTY

How State Law Applies:

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

What is Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover: Cost of removing or reinstalling defective parts; fading or discoloration to padding or vinyl-coated mesh parts caused by exposure to sunlight; vandalism, misuse or acts of God (such as but not limited to hurricanes, lightning strikes, tornados, hailstorms); product malfunction resulting from improper product installation/manipulation by customer, and; damage caused by steel cleats.

What Grand Slam Safety will do:

Grand Slam Safety, LLC will replace any defective parts in accordance to the schedule indicated below in section “Warranty Schedule”.  Grand Slam Safety, LLC will repair any part that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship, or in the event that repair of any part is not feasible, Grand Slam Safety, LLC will replace the part.

What is Covered:

This warranty covers substantial defects in materials and workmanship.

How to Get Service:

Call Grand Slam Safety, LLC at (315) 301-4039 to report any defects in materials or workmanship in advance of returning parts. A return order number will be issued.

 

Defective parts are to be sent to: Grand Slam Safety, LLC, 9793 Bridge Street, Croghan NY, 13327 along with the return order number. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping part to Grand Slam Safety, LLC. Grand Slam Safety, LLC will assume cost of shipping repaired or replacement item back to customer.

WARRANTY SCHEDULE

Indoor Wall Padding and Curtain Fabric : Full warranty for 1 year.

All Curtain Mechanicals and Motors:  Full warranty for 2 years.

All SPECTO Vinyl-Coated Mesh Components:  Full warranty for 2 years.

04

All Sport Netting Components:  Full warranty for 1 year.

05

All PVC and PEX Conduit Component:  Full warranty for 2 years.

06

Steel/Cable Components and Winches:  Full warranty for 2 years on all fabricated steel and cable components, and 1 year on modified snap links and winches.
